PLAN OF THE OPEN SPACE MODEL
The space is open to the ocean, as it is used as living room for the guests, and the space is actually divided by assigning the space into different layers.
SECTION OF SEMI OPEN SPACE
According to the section, the sequence of space is delivered, as the house is built on the cliff, and living space is allocated at the back and facing the ocean in order to obtain wide angle of the view and adequate sunlight.

Ulzon showed the beauty of structure on this project, as the structure elements are visible to the view. For example, the structure beam is exposed and spanning between two columns.
